·TAXATION REGISTRATION
A foreign-funded enterprise shall, within 30 days after receipt of the business license, apply to the competent authorities of taxation for taxation registration. Thus, the following documents shall be supplied:
- A copy of the business license issued by the competent authorities of industry and commerce administration,
- The contract and articles of association and the documents of approval,
- The enterprise approval certificate,
- The feasibility study report and the document approval
- A list of the Board of Directors

·CUSTOM REGISTRATION
The following documents shall be supplied by the foreign-funded enterprise for registration with the customs:
- The enterprise approval certificate,
- The business license,
- The contract and articles of association,
- A list of the equipment to be imported with approval,
- The assets auditing report,
- Letters of approval issued by the competent authorities of foreign trade and economic cooperation
The following documents shall be supplied in applying for exemption of customs duties on goods imported and exported by the foreign-funded enterprise:
- Applications for exemption of customs duties on goods to be imported or exported,
- Invoices of goods,
- A photo-offset copy of the import and export license,
The following documents shall be supplied in going through the procedure for customs declaration and delivery:
- The bill of entry for the goods imported or exported by the enterprise,
- The invoices of goods,
- The shipping delivery order and the tariffs exemption certificate,
- The import and export licenses

·REGISTRATION OF FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION
The following documents shall be supplied by a foreign-funded enterprise in going through the procedures for registration of financial administration:
- A copy of the business license issued by the competent authorities of industry and commerce administration
- The enterprise approval certificate,
- The feasibility study report and the document of approval,
- The contract and articles of association
